Teoría y Praxis Social un Análisis Crítico de la Sociedad is an electronic, peer-reviewed, open-access journal published by the Centro de Estudios Superiores en Ciencias Jurídicas y Criminológicas (CECSIJUC). Its purpose is to disseminate original research that explores the intersection of law and the social sciences, promoting a multidisciplinary approach to the analysis of socio-legal phenomena.
This six-monthly publication seeks to provide a forum for analysis and dialogue among professional, research, and student communities engaged with the thematic areas of the journal.
The journal only accepts original and unpublished contributions written in Spanish. Manuscripts that have been previously published or are simultaneously under consideration by another journal will not be accepted for review. The contents of this publication are evaluated through a peer-review process.
